We would highly recommend The Favours Band. We had them for our wedding. They played everything we asked for and the floor was full from the time they started until they played the last song. We booked The Favours for our wedding on the 9th of Sept. My sister had used them for her wedding 8 years ago. I hoped they would be as good I wasn't disappointed they have got better!!! These guys are very talented musicians the sound was amazing the dance floor was busy all night.

Looking for a wedding band, not sure who to get? Look no further than THE FAVOURS.. A wedding band can make or break the special day. Myself and my wife Lucy got married on 19th August and we had the best day ever. Mick from the band reassured us leading up to our special day that all would be fine. I can't recommend the band enough, the dance floor was packed from start to finish and after 2 weeks we are still getting msgs from people who attended saying how brilliant the band were. I would not hesitate to recommend The Favours. Best decision we made, apart from getting married of course... XX 👍

A massive thank you to Mick and the band. We had the most amazing day! We had so many people complimenting you after only a couple of songs. So many people said how you got the crowd up and going from the very start even some people we didn’t expect to be on the dance floor you had them up dancing away! If only I could give more stars, Mick and the Favours are an outstanding class act!! They had us up and out of our seats from start to finish. The showmanship and musical talent is second to none but they also do more than just play music. The crowd interaction pieces that they do are brilliant and they had our entire wedding party getting involved. Everyone was raving about them! Book them, you won't be disappointed!

We just wanted to give Mick and The Favours a quick review as they were absolutely amazing on our wedding day. So many people have commented on how much craic they brought to the day and how much they made the evening.The whole band are genuine top professionals who kept the (acrobatic) dance floor full the entire evening - their warm up songs were brilliant and got everyone involved.It was so brilliant to meet characters like Mick and the rest of the band, they just know how to do it and we couldn’t recommend a better band.

I cannot recommend The Favours enough. We just had our wedding and they were phenomenal. They had everyone up at the beginning warming up which got everyone in the dancing mood. They included my nieces who got to sing and dance with the band. I even got to show off my (non existent) guitar skills. Mick and the lads are wonderful and made sure we were happy to whole night and played all requests that came in. They sound amazing and really know how to keep the crowd entertained. We kept getting compliments the whole night of people wanting to know who the band were, so I would highly recommend anyone looking for a wedding band to get in contact with them and book them quick. Well we just had The Favours for our wedding and they were absolutely brilliant, from our very first dance to throughout the night. Everyone was up on their feet, very interactive with our guests and we got fantastic feedback from our guests too. This is also the second wedding I've witnessed them and they were just fabulous as ever. Do yourselves a favour 😉 and book them .

Absolutely incredible. From the moment we first spoke with Mick, we were at ease and knew we were in safe hands. The lads were amazing on the night and had everyone up and involved, playing a wide range of music to suit everyone. Our guests all complimented the music and how engaging they were with us all. I can honestly not put into words how talented and lovely the band are - we would 100% recommend them! Thank you so much for putting us at ease with our first dance and for the craic along the way.

We cant say enough good things about The Favours! The band were super, and certainly delivered on their promise to have the floor full for the entire night. We both found the wedding planning process less stressful with a vendor like 'The Favours.'From the initial consultation and booking to the wedding night, everything ran like clockwork and so seamlessly. We cannot thank them enough for their patience and flexibility in creating the dream night for us.Everyone was on the dance floor all night long- I had guests coming up to me saying it was the best band they have ever heard at a wedding! A great mix of songs for every age group.Mick has a gift for getting people up dancing and having the craic! Mick's voice is incredible and the band sound amazing live. Very talented musicians. Where do we even start? Before we got engaged, (before I even met the man I was going to marry) I knew that I was booking The Favours as our wedding band! We booked this band before we booked our wedding venue as I knew no matter where we got married - The Favours were going to have everyone on their feet the whole night.. and that.they.did!!Everything about these lads are just second to none.. their bubbly personalities shown right through the ballroom from the minute they started playing right through to their last song!! We never wanted them to end.Before they even started their set, before our first dance, they had every single person up on the dance floor; from the small kids to the teenagers to the aunts & uncles , they were warming us all up and it flowed absolutely perfect by having everyone around us for our first dance!Mick, Ronan, Robert & Patrick thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for playing such a massive part on our wedding day!!You's will always hold a special place in my heart, that's for sure.If we could do it all again, we'd book you 4 - a million times over.Lots of love,Bryan & Ally McDermott xxThe Glasson Lakehouse1st September 2022.

I would love to give twenty stars out of five! Myself and my wife are both musicians, so we were very picky about who we wanted to play at our wedding! As soon as we heard The Favours, we knew they were all top-class musicians, and we were thrilled to discover how fantastically entertaining they were. They kept the floor full from the very first song, kept the energy up all night, took requests, really engaged our guests (dance-offs, guitar solos, the lot), and their live sound as a band was stellar. Most importantly of all, they created memories for myself, my wife, and my family that will last a lifetime. Our guests are still talking about The Favours, they were the highlight of our day - we might renew our vows just to hear you play again!

Mick and the favours played at our wedding in Poulaphouca in July. Can we just say a massive thank you to you and your band. Ye were absolutely amazing, from start to finish you had everyone on the dance floor. Also the songs before the first dance are an amazing idea, have never seen that before and it set the tone for the night. Also if you are looking for an air guitar player give me a shout!

We had The Favors for our wedding in The Heritage, Killenard on Friday 19th Aug 22. I cannot speak highly enough of the band, from the very first note they had everyone up at the side of the dance floor and made the entire night so memorable. We would highly recommend Mick and the rest of the band. Not only are they top quality musicians but it's honestly like a juke box listening to them. They also did a sing along with the crowd at the start which was a real surprise and went down a treat!!! Absolutely fantastic

What an amazing night we had with Mick and the lads on Saturday night at my Mums wedding in the Lavey Inn. From start to finish the dance floor was full, the song selection was perfect and Mick's interactions with the guests made the night even more magical and special. Hi I just want to say a few words about the Band that played at our wedding on the above date! It took a lot of attempts for me and my now hubby Tom, but Ronan and the guys stayed with us through it all. Where do i start!!!! Honestly... Where do I start???? Oh....My.....Goodness...... Wow, Wow, Wow. Do yourself a FAVOUR and book THE FAVOURS for your wedding, christening, communion, confirmation etc.Thank you seems wholly inadequate for what the guys did for us on our wedding day. They were absolutely FAN BLOODY TASTIC. From even before they started playing, their energy was 1000 watts and their commitment to giving us the best show ever was evident, but oh my goodness did they blow us and all our 160 guests away too.From our first dance which my husband & I arranged & choreographed with Mick, to the very last song, the guys were on fire. My new hubby & I had a wee dance routine planned to the Queen song 'Don't stop me now'and Mick got all our guests up on the dance floor pretending we were going to do a smoochy number and then they broke into the Queen number, which was actually better than the original. Everyone burst onto the floor & into the dance. It was a magical moment.My goodness, we could all feel the love in the room but set to the sublime soundtrack of fabulous tune after fabulous tune, the love in the room increased 100 fold.Every guest, bar none, loved, loved, loved them. From little 5 year olds to 85 year olds, they were a huge hit. They made our day so perfect. I don't mind saying that my husband & I have developed a huge 'The Favours' crush and tbh, who would blame us.It was an absolute pleasure to meet Mick in person. He is as cool and as awesome as we had imagined him to be. Mr. Robert Graham was absolutely fabulous on guitar and boy can he sing. The gorgeous guys on Drums & Keyboards were just out of this world. Had Mick & the lads perform at our wedding on 17th June 2022, they were amazing didn't see the dance floor empty once. They interacted so well with all our guests, everyone said how great they were. We attended a wedding last night with Mick & the lads also performing & seen them from another perspective. I didn't wanna leave the floor, song selection was perfect. Mick and the boys smashed it out the park last Tuesday at our wedding at Martinstown House! They got everyone up and involved from the moment they started their set, and the dancefloor was hopping throughout the two hours they played. They are all supremely talented musicians and we were delighted to have that sort of quality of music to dance to on our special day! It was great that they included the guests by asking them to write requests down in a notepad they handed round, the only thing we would change is we would have liked a few more songs to be played from the requests we emailed them beforehand, but that is a minor detail! A class act from start to finish! You will not be dissappointed choosing the Favours for your wedding band. I personally know Mick a long time I always knew I wanted them for my wedding, it was actually the second thing I booked after the venue. From fantastic crowd interaction, beautiful harmonies, a brilliant song selection hit after hit non stop dancing and having fun the Favours know how to keep a dance floor full throughout the night. What the Favours do is amazing they're super talented and we will always remember our wedding night as one of the best nights of our lives. The FAVOURS!!!!!!!!! Where do I start.....from my very first phonecall with Mick, I knew we were in the best hands and had picked the BEST wedding band in Ireland for our Big day!! We had booked the Favours in 2018 for our 2020 wedding - which due to the pandemic, we postponed to 2021!! Mick stayed in touch throughout, constantly checking in, talking about our favourite music etc...2021 came... and we had regular phonecalls with Mick discussing the best craic and how the night would play out! All I can say is....WOW, the Favours were the talk of our wedding! Beyond EPIC! Got the whole crowd going from start to finish, genuinely nice guys and super talented! Mick and The Favours, where to even begin. A 5 star rating is not high enough in our opinion. From the first phone call to Mick to make the booking to our last dance it was an absolute pleasure. We cannot recommend The Favours enough and we have been sure to pass on our recommendations as have our wedding guests. Most definitely one the the best decisions we ever made for our Wedding Day.

Myself and Ewen got married way back at the start of Sept 2021! I’m only figuring out google review so this one is a little late!What can I say about Mick and the rest of the guys?! They were simply fabulous! It was back at the time when music at weddings had a big question mark hanging over it and Mick was amazing to deal with right up to the day of the wedding, no stress, no issues and always prompt with a reply! This was our 2nd wedding day as we had to reschedule our whole day and this was also no problem! He made a very stressful time a complete doddle!!The wedding itself was amazing. These guys know how to make a party really fun! Half our guests came from Scotland and they are still talking about the band nearly 6 months on!If you are planning a wedding do yourself a favour and book these guys. You can be 100% sure your guests will have the best time! Our dance floor was full all night!Thank you guys for giving us and our families a night we will always remember! ❤️

We had the Favours play at our wedding recently and OMG did they blow us all away!! They were absolutely incredible from start to finish!! Soon as they got there they had the whole crowd on the dance floor, engaged and hyped up!!! We wanted a band who could be please a crowd of all ages and Mick & the lads did not disappoint 🙂 Everyone there raved about them and they honestly made our wedding night!! They got my husband and I up on stage playing air guitar and it really was such a unique and special moment for us!! We paid €100 to have the live saxophone and this just took it up a whole new level!! Would 1000% recommend and I honestly will be booking them again in the future for any parties!! We had the pleasure of having The Favours perform at our wedding in Castle Durrow on 8th October. The guys were absolutely outstanding and the dancefloor was full all night. Mick was such a pleasure to deal with from the beginning. We didn't want to do a formal first dance and Mick and the guys came up with an amazing alternative which everyone loved. Anyone I've talked to since the wedding have said how much they enjoyed the music. I would highly recommend the guys for your big day and I just hope I have another big event at some stage in the future that I can have the guys come play again!

We got married in October and we had the favours play at our wedding. Mick and the guys were absolutely amazing. From the time we booked them until the actual wedding they were so professional. We had to cancel our wedding twice due to covid but the guys were so understanding and accommodated us on both cancellations. From the first song until the last song the guys were so good. They had the dancefloor full all night. They got our guests up at the start and we had a bit of a sing song. Its was amazing. All our guests couldn't speak highly enough about them. There is so many wedding bands out there but honestly these guys are simply the best and we would recommend them to anyone. Thanks Mick and all the guys from the Favours. One of the best decisions we made for our wedding was to book The Favours. Professional, talented, real musicians who know how to read a room and can keep the dance floor packed all night. One of the most special moments of the day was our first dance ‘Billy Joel’s - Just The Way You Are’ which was performed live by the band! It’s something our guests still talk about to this day. My advice - book them - you won’t regret it!
